Russound’s exciting
new Atmosphere loudspeakers draw upon our highly acclaimed Advantage series
by emulating its key design elements yet delivering them at very affordable
price points. Atmosphere features innovative design, new driver cone technology
and outstanding sonic performance in the industry’s most popular shapes and
sizes. The line, meticulously crafted by Russound designers, addresses diverse
installation requirements, ranging from very small to extremely large rooms
and for both in-wall and in-ceiling applications.
Our engineers utilized state-of-the-art solid-modeling CAD together with integrated FEA (Finite Element Analysis) to design a new injection molded cone technology. While many other custom speakers in the market use commonly available poly cones, our new structural rib design provides a cone that is both lighter and stiffer. The result is improved efficiency, enhanced bass performance and greater musical detail through better transient response.
Award-winning industrial design from our successful Advantage Series allows dealer, installer, and end-user to mix-and-match Russound loudspeakers over a broader range of price points. Atmosphere benefits from the same installed look as Advantage, as well as fitting into the same cutout openings, allowing for upgrade opportunities at any time during the project.
