ST2-S Tuner
Russound announces a new addition to its family of Smart Tuners. The ST2S Smart Tuner offers a Sirius Satellite Radio tuner and an AM/FM tuner in one redesigned single-rack-high chassis.
One of the first multiroom source components to offer Sirius Satellite Radio, Russound’s ST2S makes it easy to enjoy your favorite satellite radio. The more than 120 channels of entertainment include 65 channels of commercial-free music, sports, news and talk radio. Sirius has programming not found elsewhere giving the user a unique channel line up.
Built on RNET®, the Russound proprietary platform that makes all Russound components easy to use, operate and enjoy, the ST2S provides an extensive choice of programming, intuitive feedback and CD-quality sound. With more than 120 channels of diverse entertainment, Sirius Satellite Radio offers something for everyone.
The ST2S is packed with convenient and useful features: six banks of six presets per tuner for saving favorite satellite channels or radio stations; custom naming for the 72 presets and a parental lock out feature to easily block access to specific Sirius channels that may be forchildren. When used with ST2-KP or UNO-S2 keypads or Russound’s new UNO-TS2 Touchscreen, RNET feedback such as channel name (Sirius), station frequency (AM/FM), song title and artist are displayed on screen.
For a variety of multiroom applications, the ST2S integrates with Russound’s award-winning CAV6.6 controller or any control system with RS232 connections. Additionally, a dedicated infrared remote control is included with the ST2S for simple control and navigation for choosing music.
