AB-4 Two-Channel Amp with Automatic Switching Circuitry

The AB-4 is a versatile audiophile-grade high-current amplifier with an automatic A/B switching device built-in. Designed with the astute listener in mind, the AB-4 is capable of operating at 62W/ch RMS @ 4 Ohms providing clean, detailed audio where a television and a whole-house audio system must share the same in-room speaker system. The AB-4 automatically switches the audio between a speaker level signal and a line level signal. Another unique feature is the 12VDC trigger output, essential when activating external devices such as lighting, motorized drapes, power strips, etc. For example: when the TV is on, the AB-4 amplifies its signal through the speakers. When the TV signal is off, the AB-4 switches back to the whole-house amplifier. The AB-4 also works well as an external amplifier for outdoor, secondary rooms or any application needing sound reinforcement.
